An outstanding three-piece combo speeds cabaret cast of four through dozens of well-sung favorites from Old Blue Eyes, but too many medleys and thin staging in too large of venue ignore the essential intimacy of the music and the lyrics. Ultra-cool retro set turned to cheese the minute it moved.
