Nostalgic radio revue fondly filled with cultural anecdotes, clever sound-effects, popular songs. Good musical arrangements, strong vocals, supportive band—but stories from the year of armistice held no drama. As my companion observed, the show had a snap but no twist. Without the script, it would make a crisp cabaret.
