Interesting second-year experience. Seemed less shouting, bombast than 2006; more concentration on creating genuine, thoughtful moments in appropriate scale. Of 30-40 solo/duo scenes before me, each round held at least one that could hold its own on any Portland stage. Trick now is to give them reason to stay here.
