Pretty theatrics dressed up competitive gymnastics. What started was good, but wanted more of it (not just length, but depth, too). Leisurely pace; lots of spinning, move-and-pose combinations. Strength found in immediacy, but such close-up work doesn’t forgive lack of precision, weightlessness that turns sport into magic. Excellent live music.
